Noah's Mill is a bourbon from Willett that they still source (versus making in-house), and comes in at a decent 114.3 proof. While there's no age statement on it or really a lot of information at all, it's still a decently priced barrel proof, that leans towards the younger side. But does it live up to the growing name that Willett is making for itself?
